Graphic Designer – Visual Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join a fast‑paced, international team in Switzerland. The role will shape visual experiences across PR, social media, revenue initiatives and events, delivering both digital and print assets that reinforce brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, event visuals and digital marketing assets for diverse campaigns.
• Create and maintain pitch decks, presentations, one‑pagers, case studies and sales collateral using Figma.
• Develop event materials such as banners, signage, booth graphics, merchandise and printed collateral.
• Build, maintain and evolve visual identity systems to ensure consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with PR, social media, revenue, events and other teams to translate ideas into polished creative work.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication and professional print production, meeting technical specifications.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize requests and meet deadlines.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, libraries and brand assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and file‑management skills.
• Ability to handle several projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
