Graphic Designer (Digital & Motion)

About the role

This hands‑on position is for a Graphic Designer based in Switzerland, working in a fast‑paced digital environment. You will turn creative briefs into polished visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional material, combining graphic and motion design while supporting brand development.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine engaging graphic and motion assets for digital marketing channels.
• Translate briefs and campaign objectives into visual concepts tailored to target audiences.
• Maintain visual consistency and strengthen brand identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, performance analytics and testing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Organise design files and source materials for easy future access.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, tools and industry practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability in both graphic and motion design.
• Excellent visual judgment, eye for aesthetics, branding and detail.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a feedback‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Near‑native or native‑level English proficiency.
