Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale creator partnership initiatives for a fast‑growing consumer brand operating across Europe. In this role you will own the full influencer marketing lifecycle—from talent sourcing and relationship building to campaign execution and performance analysis—while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn influencer activity into a revenue‑driving channel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise end‑to‑end influencer campaigns focused on brand awareness and performance objectives.
• Identify, recruit, negotiate and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across key platforms.
• Develop clear campaign briefs and oversee content production through publication.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, extract insights and implement optimisation strategies.
• Build scalable influencer marketing frameworks and improve workflows through automation, technology and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support the organisation and execution of influencer events, activations and community‑building initiatives across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer strategies with broader marketing and business goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing, creator partnerships or a related field.
• Background in a high‑growth D2C, e‑commerce or performance‑focused consumer business.
• Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in affiliate programmes, discount‑code strategies and social commerce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
