Investment Consultant – Multi‑Asset Advisory

About the role

As an Investment Consultant you will act as the primary investment expert for Relationship Managers, delivering high‑quality, risk‑controlled advice that aligns with the firm’s strategic views. You will help grow the business by promoting a cross‑asset offering that includes liquid markets, private equity, and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, multi‑asset advice (bonds, equities, funds, private assets, alternatives, structured products) to Relationship Managers.
• Develop investment proposals tailored to client profiles and the firm’s tactical allocation.
• Support Relationship Managers daily on portfolio construction, product selection, and market outlooks; attend client meetings and defend recommendations.
• Promote key products (EdR Asset Management, EdR Private Equity, EdR REIM, structured products) and run targeted campaigns with product specialists.
• Identify and convert cross‑selling opportunities into discretionary and advisory mandates.
• Produce clear, compliant written advice while adhering to cross‑border regulations.
• Stay current on market developments, regulatory changes, and pursue relevant certifications.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or asset management, preferably in investment advisory or product roles.
• Master’s degree in finance or a related field; CFA or CAIA designation (completed or in progress) is a strong differentiator.
• Deep multi‑asset expertise with the ability to translate market views into actionable trades.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• High drive, strong client impact, excellent presentation skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
