Junior Client Services Associate

About the role

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Junior Client Services Associate to act as a trusted liaison for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, delivering best‑in‑class service and supporting seamless onboarding as the firm expands its global offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HNW and UHNW clients, handling technical, account and trade inquiries via email, phone, ticketing systems and live chat.
• Identify and escalate complex or high‑priority issues to internal stakeholders while recommending process improvements.
• Support additional projects such as client education, market research and other strategic assignments.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of client service experience in banking or private wealth management, preferably with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Commercial apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional fluency in German, French or Italian is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in German, French or Italian (preferred).
