Legal Associate – Swiss Civil & Criminal Law

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Associate to provide accurate and timely advice on Swiss civil and criminal matters, corporate law, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy. The role involves collaborating with domestic and international colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver precise legal advice to clients on Swiss civil, criminal, corporate, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy issues.
• Work closely with lawyers in Switzerland, abroad, and in our offices in Geneva, Zurich, and Dubai to design efficient litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and legal submissions for civil and criminal proceedings.
• Handle complex cases under tight deadlines while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in legislation and incorporate them into client counsel.

Required profile

• Swiss Bar admission with at least three years of post‑Bar litigation experience.
• Strong academic record and proven ability to devise defensive or proactive legal strategies.
• High professional ethics, sound judgement, and the capacity to work independently.
• Fluent in French and English; additional Russian or German is a plus.
