Marketing Specialist

About the role

Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon developing humanoid robots for industry, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support its growing marketing activities across events, digital, communications, customer marketing and sales enablement. Working closely with the Marketing Director and the team, you will help prepare marketing materials, coordinate practical tasks and take responsibility for selected projects. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing generalist.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering campaigns, product launches, communications and customer initiatives.
• Prepare, update and adapt sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures and customer-facing documents.
• Support the Events Marketing Manager with event materials, presentations, invitations, promotions and follow-up.
• Work with the Digital Manager on website, social media and digital campaign materials.
• Assist the Marketing Director with press, media and customer marketing, including interviews and approvals.
• Help complete customer stories, case studies and testimonials by coordinating contributions and assets.
• Manage selected marketing projects, track progress and keep colleagues informed.
• Contribute to brand and employer branding, possibly using writing, interviewing, photography, video editing or design.
• Keep marketing assets, templates and shared resources organised and up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Around 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, technical or industrial environment.
• Broad understanding of marketing with experience across events, digital, communications, campaigns or sales enablement.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for tasks and projects independently, with clear communication in English.
• Curiosity about technology and interest in the company's products, customers and applications.

Required skills

• Experience preparing and updating presentations, documents and marketing materials with attention to accuracy, layout and brand consistency.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Additional skills in writing, interviewing, video editing, photography or design are welcome.
