Growth Marketer (m/f/d)

About the role

Benetics AI, a bootstrapped, cash-flow-positive company founded in 2022, makes a voice assistant for construction sites used by more than 500 companies in over 10 countries. It is looking for a Growth Marketer based in Zurich, working from the office on site, who owns campaigns across its channels, plans them, creates the content and builds the AI workflows behind them.

Key responsibilities

• Build campaigns around real customer needs, connecting audience, message and channels
• Create posts and short-form video, and repurpose customer stories and product demos
• Test hypotheses on audiences, messages and creative, then scale what works
• Track spend and lead quality across channels with input from sales, keeping reporting simple
• Own channel goals measured on cost per lead and lead quality, deciding what to cut and what to scale
• Build AI workflows and agents that turn customer insights and performance data into copy, images and video, sharing them with the team

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing, with hands-on campaigns you can talk through
• Excellent spoken and written German and English
• Experience at a B2B tech company; small businesses or the construction trades as an audience are a plus
• Ability to move quickly from idea to launch and adapt to changing channels and tools

The hiring process starts with a 15-minute video call with the hiring manager, followed by a practical case with the team, a 30-minute conversation with the founder, and a final decision.
