Portfolio Manager – Multi Assets

About the role

Manage discretionary multi‑asset portfolios for the bank’s client base, delivering tailored investment proposals and ensuring alignment with the Wealth Management strategy. The role involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers and investment advisors to provide a first‑class investment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Construct high‑quality, performance‑oriented multi‑asset portfolios and implement investment strategy decisions across asset classes.
• Oversee discretionary mandates, manage day‑to‑day portfolio rebalancing, and ensure alignment with client objectives, regulatory constraints and internal rules.
• Collaborate with investment research teams, relationship managers and advisors to translate macro‑economic views into client proposals and to convert advisory relationships into discretionary mandates.
• Prepare marketing documents, portfolio reviews and investment proposals, and present portfolio strategy and performance to clients and prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in multi‑asset portfolio management or investment advisory, with a proven track record of managing discretionary portfolios.
• Master’s degree and CFA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Fluent in English and French; German or Swiss German is a strong advantage.
• Swiss residence and ability to travel regularly to the Zürich office.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Bloomberg, FactSet and portfolio management systems (e.g., G2).
• Advanced knowledge of VBA and Python for portfolio analytics.
• High‑level Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
