Product Artist – Mobile Puzzle Games

About the role

We are looking for a Product Artist based in Switzerland to shape the visual identity and player experience of new and live mobile puzzle games. You will own the entire art pipeline, from early concepts to final release, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and producers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full art pipeline from concept to production and release.
• Create and iterate on a wide range of graphical assets, including icons, UI elements, interfaces, store screenshots, and in‑game visuals.
• Build and animate UI components in Unity, refining effects and animations after implementation.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and high quality across the product.
• Apply UI/UX principles to design player‑focused interfaces.
• Develop visual concepts and assets for advertising and user‑acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, producers, and other creative stakeholders to align visuals with gameplay and business goals.
• Present design decisions clearly and remain open to feedback and experimentation.

Required profile

• Independent, systematic, and proactive artist with a passion for games.
• Strong 2D art skills covering concept development, asset creation, and animation.
• Proven experience designing game interfaces and applying UI/UX principles.
• Ability to maintain a coherent art direction across an entire product.
• Clear communication skills and confidence to defend creative decisions.
• Background in art, game development, or a related discipline, supported by a strong portfolio.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for structured, user‑focused interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop; After Effects is a plus.
• Experience working with Unity or willingness to quickly develop proficiency.
• Understanding of composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and visual consistency.
