Program Experience Manager

About the role

Join EHL’s Graduate and Executive Education unit as a Program Experience Manager, designing and delivering high‑impact learning experiences for executive participants, corporate clients, and international groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver training solutions, personalized programs and study tours.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
• Work closely with Executive Education Sales teams to identify opportunities and support client acquisition.
• Participate in proposal development and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the fast‑growing business unit.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, learning experience design, client engagement or similar roles.
• Passion for creating memorable participant experiences and translating business objectives into engaging journeys.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with executives, academic faculty and international stakeholders.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, service‑minded with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and French (C1); additional languages such as German are a plus.
