Restaurants Manager

About the role

As the Restaurants Manager at Nestlé’s headquarters in Vevey, you will lead a diverse food‑service ecosystem that includes self‑service dining, table‑service restaurants, retail concepts, catering and coffee corners. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving a customer‑focused culture across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurant, catering, retail and coffee‑corner sites, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Lead financial performance through revenue monitoring, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, nutrition and corporate compliance across the portfolio.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that enhances the experience of employees, visitors and guests.
• Develop and engage teams by promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Introduce dining innovations and best practices to boost guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑service or restaurant operations within a multi‑service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a service mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to apply operational, financial and compliance discipline.
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluent communication in French and English.
• Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and a learning attitude.
