Senior Account Manager – Enterprise (Switzerland)

About the role

Shape the future of Switzerland's largest enterprises by driving multi‑million‑dollar cloud and AI transformations for Amazon Web Services. As a Senior Account Manager you will partner with C‑level executives and internal AWS teams to deliver strategic, measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level, VPs and board members across lines of business.
• Develop and execute 3‑year account strategies aligned with customer board priorities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with AWS solution architects, industry specialists, partners and professional services to design and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
• Lead strategic pipeline creation, conversion of large‑scale transformation programs and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor Energy & Utility industry trends, create executive‑level value propositions and develop case studies.
• Negotiate and close enterprise agreements and private pricing addendums.

Required profile

• 10+ years of quota‑carrying technology field sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of increasing technology adoption and closing large‑scale enterprise projects.
• Experience presenting to C‑level executives and influencing board‑level decisions.
• Ability to operate autonomously, command a room and produce executive briefing documents.
• Bilingual working proficiency in German and/or French is preferred.
