Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating within the Web3 ecosystem. Based in Switzerland, you will lead the creation of engaging visual assets for global crypto‑native communities across social platforms, websites, campaigns, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong visual strategy that balances brand guidelines with creative experimentation.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
• Design content optimized for platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, understanding community behaviors.
• Incorporate current memes, trends, and digital culture while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Monitor emerging design, technology, and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies quickly.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects, and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Organise and maintain creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events, and community‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong digital‑first portfolio.
• Deep understanding of crypto‑native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, or similar innovative digital industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, flexible, and collaborative environment.
