Senior Tax Advisor – OECD Minimum Tax (Zurich)

About the role

Our client is the tax department of a fund manager in Zurich. We are looking for a senior tax specialist to act as a Tax Advisor focusing on the OECD Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) and corporate tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss tax regulations, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty.
• Prepare tax returns, forecasts and analyses for senior management and the CFO’s office.
• Maintain transfer pricing documentation and conduct related analyses.
• Support implementation of new tax regulations in the company’s systems.
• Participate in national and international tax projects and collaborate with the legal department on complex cases.
• Coordinate standardisation of processes and development of tax tools, acting as point of contact for business teams, external auditors and tax authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Taxation or Finance; additional tax law certification is a plus.
• Professional experience in a Big Four firm or an international tax law firm, preferably in corporate tax for investment entities.
• Familiarity with Swiss and international tax law, corporate taxation and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of the OECD Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution‑oriented approach with high personal responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tax software.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
