Solutions Consultant – Pharma & Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant with expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences to join our team in Switzerland. In this strategic position you will bridge customer needs and technical capabilities, helping organisations adopt innovative digital solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand business objectives, technology landscapes, integration requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Design tailored solution architectures and implementation approaches that align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase relevant workflows and business value for different stakeholder groups.
• Define, coordinate and oversee proof‑of‑concept projects, ensuring successful execution against agreed success criteria.
• Develop ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses and business cases to support customer investment decisions.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate documentation of product capabilities.
• Act as the voice of the customer, communicating market trends, feature requests and competitive insights to product and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and delivery teams to ensure a seamless pre‑sales customer journey.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry.
• Proven experience managing projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations and industry challenges.
• Excellent consulting, problem‑solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding presentation, proposal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and evolving industry trends while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
