Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Neural Concept is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is eager to learn, passionate about finding great people, and ready to drive growth for a fast‑moving deep‑tech company. You will work directly with the TA Lead and partner with hiring managers across multiple functions and geographies, taking ownership of sourcing strategies, candidate relationships, and pipeline quality from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities and creative outreach to uncover hidden talent.
• Build genuine relationships with passive candidates and nurture them before roles open.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, co‑create role profiles and attract the right people.
• Map talent landscapes, track competitor moves and provide market insights.
• Maintain clean pipelines, accurate notes and honest metrics to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment with a hands‑on sourcing approach.
• Proven track record of filling hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international setting (Europe, US, Asia exposure desirable).
• Familiarity with an ATS (experience with Ashby is a bonus).
• Fluent English, rigorous, curious and resilient.
