Tax Consultant Financial Services (Graduate)

About the role

EY Tax Financial Services in Zurich is looking for a graduate to join its team and help global financial institutions navigate tax, reporting, regulation and transformation. You will work on real challenges with real clients, in a team that gives you responsibility early and supports your growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work on complex, high-impact tax questions affecting leading banks and insurance companies in Switzerland
• Cover a broad range of topics, from advisory to reporting to transformation, so the work stays varied and challenging
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams at EY and build a professional network from day one
• Help rethink how tax work is done using AI, digital tools and fresh ideas
• Develop through hands-on learning and EY-funded qualifications such as the Swiss Certified Tax Expert or similar

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or a related field, held or close to completion
• Curious, ambitious and comfortable with a role offering variety, responsibility and continuous learning
• Flexible, able to shape your own career path
• Clear thinker who enjoys working with numbers and bringing structure to complexity
• Confident communication in German and English
