UX / Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX / Product Designer to shape complex, high-scale digital products. The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers and fellow designers to define problems, explore opportunities and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Identify user needs, business goals and technical constraints to solve complex UX challenges.
• Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, research, ideation, interaction design, prototyping, testing, implementation and iteration.
• Translate user insights and product objectives into clear design directions and strategic UX frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate trade-offs, influence product direction and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns and guidelines across products and platforms.
• Validate concepts through research, usability testing, data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Connect design decisions to measurable product outcomes using relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Communicate design rationale through storytelling, presentations and prototypes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX, product or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of complex products.
• Proven ability to tackle ambiguous, multi-dimensional problems.
• Experience working closely with product, engineering and research teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and build alignment among stakeholders.
