Lead Brand Designer for Health Tech Startup

About the role

Everyman Health is a fast‑growing digital‑first clinical practice in Switzerland, supporting men’s and women’s health with science‑backed treatments. We are looking for a Lead Brand Designer who will own the visual identity and execution of both the Everyman and Everywoman brands across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the brand evolution, refining visual identity, typography, colour, imagery, layout and motion for a premium yet approachable look.
• Design and ship high‑performing marketing assets such as landing pages, ads, emails, packaging and campaign materials.
• Collaborate closely with the product designer to ensure the medical funnels, checkout and patient spaces reflect the same visual quality.
• Build and maintain a scalable multi‑brand design system that keeps the two brands consistent yet distinct.
• Execute creative direction for campaigns, photo shoots and physical collateral like booklets.

Required profile

• Strong visual judgment with a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, conversion‑focused work.
• Hands‑on maker who can move from brief to polished execution quickly.
• Experience shaping brand systems for digital and physical products.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with cross‑functional teammates.
