Video Creator (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Video Creator to produce high‑converting promotional videos for digital advertising campaigns. The role is fully remote, supporting a fast‑paced environment and collaborating closely with marketing teams to turn ideas into compelling visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and optimise video content for paid advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Transform raw footage into polished short‑form and long‑form ads, adding motion graphics, captions, transitions, music and visual effects as needed.
• Adapt video assets to multiple formats, aspect ratios and channel specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback, meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with video advertising trends, creative strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating promotional and advertising videos, preferably for home services, e‑commerce or performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful video projects.
• Ability to manage several projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience using Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, branding and direct‑response marketing principles.
