About the role
Backbone is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to expand its footprint in the Swiss real‑estate market. You will generate new business, manage client relationships and drive sales growth while reporting directly to the CRO & Co‑Founder.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Switzerland.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers to create long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the client experience.
Required profile
- Several years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or technology.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Adaptable to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and attend networking events.
Required skills
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and convey new technologies.
- Proficiency in Swiss German, English and French.
