Account Manager – English Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced start‑up environment and enjoys building long‑term relationships across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Travel to meet clients in Europe, Asia and Latin America (average three times per year).
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and work towards sales quotas.
• Prepare regular reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation to contribute to a growing start‑up for the long term.
