Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role
The Accountant will be responsible for the day‑to‑day financial operations of the company, working under the guidance of the Finance Manager. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with statutory regulations, and supports overall financial integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process Accounts Payable.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable.
- Handle Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger.
- Ensure VAT compliance and accurate filings.
- Prepare cash flow statements and cash forecasts.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Professional level of English.
- Proficiency in VAT filings and solid understanding of IFRS standards.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and general business acumen.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or Business Central.
- Advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis.
