Accounting Manager – Senior Accountant (IFRS, ERP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (Senior Accountant) to lead our month‑end close and reporting processes in a fast‑paced international environment. The role combines technical accounting expertise with a drive for continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full IFRS close cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations and ensuring general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare internal reporting packages with variance analysis and insightful commentary for senior management.
• Coordinate external audits and draft accounting memoranda on complex or judgement‑heavy topics.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation, workflow optimisation and ERP enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A and other departments on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with solid experience, including supervisory or review responsibilities.
• Fluent English and legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, international setting.

Required skills

• IFRS accounting standards.
• ERP systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis.
