AI Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Creative Designer to join our performance‑driven marketing team in Switzerland. You will blend generative AI tools with traditional design workflows to create photorealistic, conversion‑focused visuals for large‑scale digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality AI‑generated visuals for paid social, search and landing‑page campaigns.
• Produce photorealistic lifestyle and product imagery optimized for conversion.
• Enhance and retouch source photos using AI‑based workflows.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and scaling.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure realism in lighting, composition and anatomy.
• Identify and fix AI‑related artifacts or distortions.
• Document work in project‑management tools and follow structured production pipelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or performance‑focused digital marketing.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with AI image‑generation platforms.
• Strong visual design sense covering composition, lighting, color theory and typography.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics such as CTR, hooks and conversion funnels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Freepik, Figma Weave, Higgsfield).
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
