AI-First Product Designer & UX Engineer

About the role

WorldReplica is seeking an AI‑first Product Designer & UX Engineer to own the end‑to‑end experience of its Decision Intelligence Platform, NAVIGATOR. You will work directly with executives, strategy teams and engineers to redesign workflows for an AI‑augmented world.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to map current workflows and uncover AI‑native product opportunities.
• Design complete user experiences for NAVIGATOR, covering interaction design, information architecture, visual design, prototypes and usability testing.
• Define how users collaborate with AI agents, including task assignment, intent clarification, progress review, steering, and result verification.
• Create visual representations for markets, signals, assumptions, scenarios, risks and decisions.
• Prototype rapidly, test with users, and ship polished product experiences across laptop, iPad and mobile.

Required profile

• Strong product, UX and visual design expertise, especially in complex professional or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into clear product experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customers, engineers and senior executives.
• Fluent English; German not required.

Required skills

• Experience with AI design tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor.
• Frontend knowledge sufficient to build and modify modern web interfaces with AI assistance.
• Responsive design across laptop, tablet and mobile devices.
