Analyst / Associate - Capital Solutions (Debt Advisory)

About the role

Rosedge Capital is an independent advisory boutique helping business owners, investors and lenders navigate financing situations across European markets, covering acquisitions, portfolio refinancings, fund financings and capital raises. It is looking for an Analyst with 2-3 years' experience or an Associate with 3-5 years' experience in leveraged finance, private equity / credit, M&A advisory, transaction advisory or consulting, with a focus on debt advisory. The position is based in Zurich, Switzerland, on a hybrid office and remote model.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business models, industries and markets through research, investment memos and due diligence materials, and evaluate financial performance and key value drivers
• Build and analyse fully integrated three-statement financial models to assess the impact of debt structures on cash flow, covenants and investor returns
• Prepare credit memos and other transaction-related presentations
• Support the review and negotiation of term sheets and credit agreements, and define the supporting analysis and arguments for negotiation
• Support marketing initiatives, networking and pitch preparation

Required profile

• Humble but highly ambitious, quick learner and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent mathematical, writing and communication skills
• Fluent in English and another European language (German, French, Italian or Dutch preferred)
• Passion for the finance industry and eagerness to build relationships with private equity, CFOs and other key clients
