About the role

We are looking for an experienced Analytical Project Manager to lead peptide and oligonucleotide NCE projects within our Analytical Operations team. The role involves coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing analytical activities, and ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical activities for API release, stability testing, characterization, method development, validation and specification setting.
• Represent Analytical Operations in CMC sub‑teams and interact directly with internal departments, global customers and Business Development.
• Evaluate analytical results, draw conclusions and communicate findings across organizational interfaces.
• Support troubleshooting, transfer know‑how to other sites or external partners, and assess resource needs and timelines.

Required profile

• University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in analytical development or QC, preferably with cGMP and peptide/oligonucleotide analysis.
• Strong scientific project management and matrix leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and English (C1) skills; good German level.

• cGMP environment experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
