About the role
As an Apple Retail Specialist you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping people discover and enjoy Apple products and services. You will build brand loyalty by understanding customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service by identifying customer needs, presenting Apple products and services, and educating customers on purchase options.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple product knowledge, services, and sales processes, and share this knowledge with teammates.
- Support peers across the store, maintain accuracy in transactions, and perform additional tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken) and ability to attend work reliably.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and respectful teamwork.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Strong communication and customer‑focused problem‑solving abilities.
