Appway Developer & Support – Client Lifecycle Management (CLM/KYC)

About the role

Join the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team at UBP to operate, stabilize, and enhance Appway workflows covering onboarding, KYC reviews, and remediations. The position is split between Level 2/Level 3 support (80%) and development tasks (20%) to ensure high availability, performance, and regulatory compliance of the CLM solution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support: triage, diagnosis, incident resolution, and coordination with vendors.
• Monitor workflow health, manage SLAs, set up dashboards, alerts, and conduct root‑cause analyses.
• Handle release management, package promotion, smoke testing, rollback planning, and maintain runbooks.
• Design and deliver fixes or minor enhancements in Appway/FNZ Studio, including business rules, UI changes, and connector updates.
• Integrate REST/SOAP services, manage JSON/XML schemas, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Appway/FNZ Studio in a banking environment, primarily in L2/L3 support.
• Strong understanding of CLM/KYC processes, onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation.
• Solid banking background, preferably private banking or wealth management.
• Fluent English; French is an asset. Swiss residence required.
