Architecte orienté(e) exécution

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Execution‑oriented Architect to join our dynamic team in Morges. The role bridges architectural design and on‑site construction, ensuring projects move smoothly from permit filing to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management activities from conception to hand‑over.
• Develop detailed execution and construction drawings.
• Prepare and manage tender calls and submissions.
• Monitor construction sites, control general estimates and costs.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (EPF, HES or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of Swiss on‑site construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and Swiss construction regulations.
• Fluent French (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Archicad.
• Familiarity with Delta Project (advantageous).
