Art Director

About the role

We are looking for an Art Director to join Cultural Care Au Pair’s in‑house creative team in Zurich. The role sits at the crossroads of brand, content, digital and creative execution, shaping visual concepts that drive growth for both American host families and young adults worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead art direction across all projects, from brand expression and visual concepting to hands‑on digital and print production.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas, present concepts to marketing, sales and senior leadership.
• Design and oversee production of marketing assets for digital channels (social, email, web, paid media) and offline formats, ensuring consistency at scale.
• Provide art direction for video and photo productions, from brief to final output.
• Champion innovative solutions, staying ahead of digital trends, platform shifts and emerging tools such as AI.
• Manage multiple campaigns and creative workstreams in a global, cross‑functional environment.

• Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders and adapting concepts to different audiences.
