Assistant Manager / Manager - Cyber Security Services

About the role

KPMG is hiring an Assistant Manager or Manager for its Cyber Security Services practice in Geneva, working 80-100% of the time. The role combines security assessments, client advisory and business development in Western Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for security assessments of clients' IT and OT landscapes, third parties and AI systems and solutions, based on international security frameworks
• Support clients in improving their cyber security posture and resilience, covering network, infrastructure or application security
• Address cyber security topics tactically and strategically, helping clients develop their cyber maturity over the coming years
• Analyze complex enterprise environments from a cyber security perspective
• Develop and define security architecture requirements together with application, enterprise, IT and OT architects
• Advise executives on operational and strategic cyber security changes
• Contribute to business development, including drafting proposals and building a client network in Western Switzerland

Required profile

• Degree in information technology or (business) computer science, ideally EPFL/EPFZ or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security (architecture, policy development and incident handling)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large-scale, interdisciplinary projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and spoken French and English

Required skills

• Understanding of international security standards such as NIST, MITRE, ISO/IEC 27001/2, IEC 62443 and ISO 42001
• Experience in technical forensic analysis and network administration is an advantage
• Flexibility, autonomy and strong personal and organizational skills
