Assistant Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role

As an Assistant Relationship Manager you will support the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in delivering seamless private banking services. You will handle day‑to‑day client interactions, administrative tasks and compliance activities to ensure a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and commercial support to CRMs on a daily basis.
• Respond to client enquiries via email and telephone.
• Process account openings, closings and related documentation.
• Prepare client meetings and occasional events.
• Monitor client portfolios, execute client orders and manage asset maturities and corporate actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as FATCA, AML and MiFID.

Required profile

• University degree in finance or a completed apprenticeship/banking education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and high integrity.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
