About the role

The Assistant Responsable Izumi will support the management of the Izumi dining venue at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. This position ensures the team delivers the high‑standard service and luxury experience expected by Four Seasons guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication and rapport with the direct supervisor.
• Coach, train, supervise and, when necessary, discipline the front‑of‑house team.
• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables and ensure courteous service throughout their stay.
• Oversee floor operations to guarantee smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage reservations and optimise table occupancy while following Four Seasons procedures.
• Uphold hygiene standards, quality criteria and brand standards at all times.
