Assistant to CEO Office – 50% Position

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant to support the CEO Office on a 50% basis. Reporting to the Strategy Implementation Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations, manage complex schedules, and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s agenda, schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
- Plan and coordinate all travel, including visa formalities, expense reporting and vacation schedules for the Executive Committee.
- Provide dedicated support before and during the Geneva Watches & Wonders fair.
- Organise C‑Level workshops, handling logistics and ensuring productive sessions.
- Collaborate with internal functions, group stakeholders and external partners in close coordination with the CEO Office team.
- Manage office supplies, corporate gifts and publish intranet articles for the CEO Office area.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, forward‑thinking approach with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proven experience as an Assistant or similar role in a dynamic corporate setting.
- Formal commercial training with a federal assistant certificate; additional digital office management training is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English; French is an asset.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
