Associate Director Market Access

About the role

The Associate Director Market Access leads the development and execution of market access strategies for Circulatory Restorations’ technologies across the International region, ensuring successful reimbursement and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute market access strategy, assessing market dynamics, competitive landscape, reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with commercial, medical affairs, regulatory and finance teams to shape pricing, contracting and reimbursement models.
• Drive business development by identifying and prioritising new market entry opportunities and supporting commercial expansion plans.
• Oversee timely delivery of reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers and HEOR/RWE activities across priority markets.
• Lead high‑impact value conversations with payers, hospital administrators and policy makers to progress access objectives.

Required profile

• 8–10 years’ experience in market access, reimbursement or HEOR, preferably in medical devices and cardiovascular sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen with experience in building business cases and negotiating access agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of payer and reimbursement systems, HTA processes and health economics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with health‑economics tools such as Markov modelling and decision‑tree analysis.
• Skills in evidence review, real‑world evidence creation and presentation.
