Associate Director, Pipeline Intelligence and Reporting

About the role

The Associate Director, Pipeline Intelligence and Reporting will support Development leaders by turning complex data into actionable insights that improve portfolio decisions and accelerate the delivery of innovative medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and continuously improve pipeline reports and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Manage project and pipeline data ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility and integration across systems.
• Apply quality controls, harmonise data standards and reporting frameworks in line with governance and compliance.
• Track KPIs, benchmark performance and identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex analyses into clear business implications and recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in life sciences (Master’s or equivalent preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 5 years in drug development, project management or portfolio analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organisations.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
