AVM V&V Lead / Delivery Manager

About the role

Embotech is looking for an AVM V&V Lead / Delivery Manager to own the verification and validation of its Autonomous Vehicle Marshaling system. Based at the Zurich headquarters, you will guide system‑level testing, manage releases and ensure safety‑critical compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of system‑level tests and coordinate multi‑site releases for autonomous driving solutions.
• Manage the full release lifecycle: change requests, version control, integration, validation tracking, documentation and deployment.
• Drive the V‑Model lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security and safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508).
• Maintain a transparent release calendar, communicate progress, risks and decisions to stakeholders, and facilitate Go/No‑Go meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Robotics, etc.).
• 5+ years experience in system release, verification & validation or software delivery in complex engineering environments.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of testing according to ISO 26262, ISO 13849 or IEC 61508.
• Experience with Agile development and system integration workflows.
• Proficiency with ALM tools such as JIRA, GitHub and Codebeamer.
• Understanding of V‑Model lifecycle and safety‑critical documentation.
