B1 EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Gulfstream

About the role

A hangar-based maintenance organisation at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is looking for a B1 EASA licensed aircraft engineer specialising in Gulfstream aircraft. The role acts as certifying staff in an AMAC 145 maintenance organisation, within an owner-managed, young and dynamic company.

Key responsibilities

• Act as certifying staff in the AMAC 145 maintenance organisation
• Perform routine and non-routine task cards and related operational and functional tasks
• Troubleshoot engine and airframe systems as required
• Liaise with internal 145 MRO and PO Part 21 shops on all maintenance issues

Required profile

• 3-5 years of practical base maintenance experience
• EASA Part-66 Cat B1 licence, with at least one of the following type ratings: Gulfstream IV, 450, V, 550 or 650, with experience as Certifying Staff
• Fluent English; applications must be submitted in English
• Ability to adapt to different environments, good communication skills, initiative and awareness of quality, reliability and safety

Required skills

• EASA Part-66 Cat B1 licence
• Gulfstream type rating (IV, 450, V, 550 or 650)
• Advanced troubleshooting experience is desirable
