B2B Sales Manager – Switzerland

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to expand our wholesale and distribution network across Switzerland. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with pet shops, supermarkets, groomers and other relevant partners, delivering an exceptional experience for business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business clients in the pet‑care sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from negotiation to closing and ongoing account management.
• Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy, forecast sales and report performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer support to optimise product assortments and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular on‑site client visits, attend fairs and industry events, and monitor market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or pet‑care, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Solid business acumen – ability to analyse sales data, forecast and translate insights into action.
• Fluency in English and German and confidence working with Swiss business clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Based in Switzerland with valid work authorization and willingness to travel domestically.
