Bilingual Content Editor (Italian) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Italian‑English Content Editor to help train AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots, assess their performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both Italian and English to gauge progress.
• Write and edit novel dialogue scripts that teach the bots appropriate language use.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to the bots and evaluate the outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Measure the correctness and performance of AI‑generated content and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Expert‑level linguistic knowledge.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
