BLP Academy Facilitator

About the role

BLP, a Swiss SaaS company building an agentic platform for finance and operations teams, is hiring a full-time BLP Academy Facilitator based at its headquarters in central Zurich. The Academy is held in person, two to three days long, and the facilitator is in the room with clients for every cohort. The role suits someone who can turn complex topics simple, with a real curiosity for processes and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Host every Academy cohort in Zurich: welcome clients, set the tone and act as main point of contact from arrival to departure.
• Lead the sessions, presenting and guiding participants through hands-on exercises on the BLP platform, pacing blocks so fast learners can go deeper and everyone stays engaged.
• Moderate deep-dive sessions with BLP experts and connect their content to each participant's situation.
• Prepare participants before they arrive, make sure they complete the BLP Champion Certification, collect feedback and NPS, and improve each cohort.
• Bring the Academy experience to new formats, such as online learning for clients, certification for implementation partners and onboarding for new colleagues.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in any industry or path.
• Proven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops or customer onboarding sessions, ideally to business or technical audiences.
• Experience leading rooms (workshops, training, events, client meetings), preferably with senior audiences.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, as sessions are run in both languages.
• Enthusiasm for AI and for understanding how enterprise processes work.

Required skills

• Leading groups and workshops, explaining complex topics simply.
• Adapting the pace of hands-on sessions to each participant.
• Plus: ERP systems, finance processes, workshop/event formats or AI-driven SaaS experience.
