Boarding Assistant (2026‑2027)

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join the residential team at Collège Beau Soleil for the 2026‑2027 academic year. Working closely with the Housemaster and Deputy Housemaster, you will help create a warm, supportive home‑away‑from‑home environment for our international boarding students.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housemaster and Deputy Housemaster in the daily operation of the boarding house.
• Provide pastoral care, offering guidance, encouragement and a listening ear to students.
• Assist students with study routines and academic organization as needed.
• Participate in evening and weekend activities, fostering community spirit.
• Supervise residential areas to ensure safety, cleanliness and comfort.
• Act as a constant, positive presence in the house, helping students feel respected and motivated.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or young professional with a genuine passion for youth development.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently within a residential setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (and preferably French) and to build trusting relationships.
• Enthusiastic, compassionate and eager to contribute to a holistic educational community.
