Boutique Director – Luxury Watchmaking & Jewellery (Geneva)

About the role

Jacob & Co. is looking for an entrepreneurial and visionary Boutique Director to launch and lead its flagship boutique in Geneva. This senior position combines leadership, business development, and luxury client relationship management to position the store as a premier destination for ultra‑high‑net‑worth collectors.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, build and develop a high‑performing boutique team from the ground up.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, excellence and client obsession.
• Design and execute the boutique’s business strategy, set monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Acquire, nurture and retain relationships with UHNW clients, collectors and partners.
• Organise private events, partnerships and exclusive client experiences.
• Monitor boutique KPIs, sales performance and client‑engagement metrics.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading luxury retail or boutique operations.
• Strong business development and sales track record.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with UHNW clientele.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages valued.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build teams and processes from scratch.
