Business Analyst & Product Owner (80-100%) - Schlieren / Bern

About the role

Zühlke, a global transformation partner founded in Switzerland in 1968, is looking for a Business Analyst and Product Owner (80-100%) based in Schlieren / Bern. You will work on innovative and complex projects with customers and an experienced Zühlke team, from the first idea to launch, connecting business and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Turn business goals into clear requirements, priorities and actionable backlogs.
• Analyse business processes and user journeys, and develop concepts and solution designs.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers and architects to turn your artefacts into reality.
• Work in agile teams as well as in more traditional project setups, taking on growing responsibility, for example as Proxy Product Owner or Delivery Lead.
• Spend a significant part of your time on-site with the project team at Zühlke or at the client's premises.

Required profile

• University degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or equivalent knowledge and practical experience.
• Around 3-5 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, product owner or in a similar role at the interface between business and IT.
• Fluent German (Swiss German understood) and very good English.
• Clear communication, analytical thinking, growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Required skills

• Familiarity with common methods and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Story Mapping, User Journeys, BPMN, UML and Figma.
• Openness to exploring new approaches, including AI-supported ways of working.
