Business Development Manager – French‑Switzerland

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading European security‑technology manufacturer, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in French‑speaking Switzerland. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong partner relationships, and delivering high‑impact technical and commercial presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across the Romandie territory.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential partners.
• Define commercial strategies and deliver technical and business presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with installers, central monitoring stations, and distributor partners.
• Organise technical and commercial training sessions for partners.
• Promote Ajax solutions in tender specifications and influence purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to regional strategy definition and vertical‑market approaches.
• Represent Ajax at trade shows, marketing events, and field initiatives.
• Provide structured market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in security solutions (intrusion, CCTV, access control).
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss security market and an established network in French‑speaking Switzerland.
• English or German language level B2‑C1.
• Strong understanding of standards, sales channels, and market segments.
• High availability for travel within Switzerland and occasional international trips (70‑80% of the time).
• Proactive, autonomous, results‑oriented “hunter” mindset.
