Business Development Manager

About the role

Intracheck AG, a Swiss‑regulated fintech, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its corporate client base. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed agreements, focusing on cross‑border payment, FX, and digital‑asset settlement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new corporate client opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with merchants, introducers, PSPs, and partner networks.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with regular reporting.
• Collaborate with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth, compliant client handover.
• Represent Intracheck at industry events and partner discussions.
• Contribute to pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales within payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Hands‑on experience with stablecoin on/off‑ramp flows and high‑risk or high‑compliance verticals.
• Existing network of merchants, introducers, or corporate clients is a strong plus.
• Comfortable navigating compliance‑heavy sales cycles alongside AML/onboarding teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑driven, structured, and effective in a fully remote, international setup.
