Business Development Manager – Telecom Infrastructure

About the role

Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is expanding its Swiss team and is looking for Business Development Managers to source and close deals with property owners who host telecom infrastructure. You will turn lease income into upfront capital for owners while growing TIP’s presence across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a regional territory, managing your own pipeline of prospects.
• Identify and approach new leads through research, outreach, and referrals.
• Build rapport with landowners and institutions, presenting and negotiating offers.
• Review lease and legal documents to assess risks and value.
• Collaborate with internal Legal, Underwriting, and Operations teams to progress deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Experience in client‑facing, results‑driven roles such as real estate, business development, sales or recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
• Independent, organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in spoken Swiss German and French; written High German required. English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
